OK, you've got a great database of e-mails or need one - Here's how it works!

But first, a common misconception....

I'll just send a heap of emails to my database from Outlook.....

If you are even able to send 50 at a time, you are going to get done for spamming and as a result, you hard worked email will go straight to Junk. You are also exposing everyone's email address to everyone....Definitely not a good thing. Additionally, if you manage to send out a heap in small batches and do not include an Opt Out section, once again, you are spamming. Try and send out 2000 emails in batches of 25, which is about the limit of most ISP's, how long is this going to take? You'll be at it all day, for little or no result.

After our initial consultation we would work out what type of campaign you are needing, the frequency of sends required and length of time you wish to run your campaign over. This can be as little as one week, however, longer term campaigns will get better results and more subcribers!

So, if we work out that the we need a single templated email, sending out to an existing database of 150 emails once a week for 3 months, the formula is as followed;

Campaign Example

Monthly Access fee of $15 x 3 Months = $45

Initial Email Template Creation = $40

1 Campaign x 150 Subscribers x 0.07c = $10.50

$10.50 x 13 Weeks (3 Months) = $136.50

TOTAL INVESTMENT = $221.50
